Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of our organization and GIDF is the Social arm of Planman Consulting. The Foundation currently supports 534 primary schools, benefiting over 12,500 children. GIDF also supports developmental initiatives in more than 1800 Indian villages spread across over 13 states. The entire Planman team is so passionate about the activities that The Great Indian Dream Foundation undertakes, that every employee pledges 2% of his/her salary towards the programs that the Foundation would take up in the future.
